Suzanne Heeg has over 35 years of experience as an intellectual property attorney. She joined Adams Corporate Law following decades advising technology giants and global aerospace and government defense contractors as in-house counsel and within large and boutique law firms.
With a computer science background and deep expertise in intellectual property transactions, Suzanne adeptly navigates the nexus of technology and law to deliver practical and beneficial outcomes for her clients. Suzanne has drafted and negotiated hundreds of complex agreements spanning intellectual property and technology transactions, including collaboration and research agreements, outsourcing transactions, license agreements, software and cloud services agreements (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), end user license agreements (EULAs), material transfer agreements, and all other agreements implicating intellectual property. Her specialties extend to assisting government contractors in negotiations with the Department of Defense over data rights to safeguard valuable intellectual property from inadvertent licensing to the U.S. Government.
