Adams Corporate Law Announces Promotion of Daniel C. Gavilanes to Firm Partnership

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. -- Adams Corporate Law ("ACL") is pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel C. Gavilanes as the newest Partner of the firm. Mr. Gavilanes brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in transactional, corporate and governance matters to the firm's corporate clientele.

Mr. Gavilanes joined ACL as a Senior Associate only last year. Since then, he consistently demonstrated exceptional skill, a deep understanding of complex business transactions, and fanatical attention to each client entrusted to his care.

Mr. Gavilanes has already contributed a great deal of notable achievements, which include:

  • Successfully leading the negotiation and closing of ten (10) business M&A transactions. These transactions resulted in positive outcomes for the firm’s Clients and solidified Mr. Gavilanes’s reputation as one of Orange County’s experts in M&A and corporate transactions. Mr. Gavilanes dedicates himself to each deal, overseeing each detail to ensure the matter is on track and closes on time.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with firm clients, earning trust and respect. Prior to joining Adams Corporate Law, Mr. Gavilanes gained considerable experience providing corporate, M&A and transactional legal services to large Am Law 200 firms, during his time at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Los Angeles, and as a legal consultant in the alternatives finance division at the Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO), Newport Beach. Mr. Gavilanes holds a post-graduate LL.M. master’s degree in transactional tax from the Boston University School of Law, a J.D. degree from Whitter Law School, and a bachelor's degree in political science from California State University Fullerton. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the California Lawyers Association.
